Personal Custom Coaching - Coach/Athlete Interaction
Your schedule will include all workouts, strength training, heart rate, perceived efforts, power outputs (if available), paces and times. However, the real key to a effective coaching is the interaction between myself, the coach, and you, the athlete.
Feedback is critical. The more open the line of communication, the more I am able to meet your needs. Training is a dynamic and constantly evolving process and what worked one year may not be optimal the next. I try to help you develop your own ability to make the right training decisions.
There is no limit placed on consultation by phone or email. This means you can contact me at any time, for any reason. I try to reply to email as quickly as possible and at the latest, when I send out the next week's schedule. I return phone calls within 24 hours.
