Welcome to Jeff Devlin Coaching.

I coach and train athletes for triathlon, duathlon, cycling, running, mountain biking and, really, any other endurance sport or endeavor. Whether you are an absolute beginner or an experienced elite or pro, I can help you with your training.

Your training will be individually designed to meet your needs!

My goal is to help you and every athlete I coach learn how to maximize health, fitness and athletic performance without sacrificing work, family and overall life balance. Your training program will be designed and tailored to you, a unique athlete.

Before beginning a program I ask that you fill out the forms found here. For program and payment options go here. When I have reviewed your forms I will call you with further questions. When I am confident that I have enough information to lay out your initial plan, we can get started and I will then send a detailed training schedule each week. I look forward to hearing from you.

Once you are enrolled, there is no limit placed on consultation by phone, email and/or fax. This means you can contact me at any time, for any reason. I try to reply to email as quickly as possible and return phone calls within 24 hours.

Workouts

Wednesday's, Run - Hilly/Long, 7-13+ miles, 1-2+ hours. Downingtown @ 4:45/5:15/5:45 AM (main run starts at 5:45 AM and is a hilly 7.2 mile loop although a few meet at either 4:45 or 5:15 AM for either an early finish or longer run)

Friday's, Run - Hills/Track, 60-70 minutes, D.H.S. West, Downingtown @ 5:45 AM
